I hereby assign and grant to Michelle Lauzon and Peter Riemer the right and permission to use, reproduce, distribute, and publish the photograph(s), film(s), videotape(s), audio and video recording(s), electronic representation(s) and/or sound recording(s) made of me (Owner) and/or my Dog(s) at any time during the training and/or boarding of my Dog(s), and I hereby release Michelle Lauzon and Peter Riemer from any and all liability resulting from such use, reproduction, distribution, and publication. Payment Policy

Full payment is due upon our acceptance of your registration form to secure your dog’s reservation for any service. You will receive a receipt. All payments are non-refundable. If the trainer feels that the client will not follow training instructions, we may, at our sole discretion, choose to cancel the training contract and issue a gratuitous partial refund. All posted prices are subject to change without notice and do not include tax. Payment options: e-transfer, or major credit cards with 3-3.5% card fee. I have read these terms and Agree to this Payment & Cancellation Policy

ID, Weather & Transport Agreement

All dogs must carry identification (tag/chip) that will reunite them with you if they become lost. If the city imposes a fine due to your dog’s missing or expired licence while your dog(s) in our care, you are responsible to pay it. The fine is $260. A licence is only $25/year for a spayed/neutered dog.

We walk dogs year round. However, we may reduce the length of walks, or cancel for safety reasons due to rare instances of extremely inclement weather (i.e. blizzards, hail, thunderstorms, dangerous windchill). If we need to cancel, we will contact you in writing (by email or text) with as much notice as possible and refund your payment or place a credit on your account.

We safeguard your keys and do not label them with your name or address. You agree that we may enter your premises to pick up and return your dog(s), and we may transport your dog for scheduled care. We are not liable for the security of your premises or loss if others have access to the property.

Physical Activity Agreement

Your dog will spend time in the outside world doing lots of things around various natural objects (such as dirt, grass, cement, trees, fencing, bushes, water, etc.) while interacting with other dogs and humans. Your dog may get scratched, bumped, or bruised due to wear and tear, just as kids may get a little banged up from all of the fun activities during a few weeks at summer camp. Occasionally accidents happen, even though we take special care to maintain a high standard of safety and cleanliness. As Owner, you acknowledge and understand that there are certain risks involved in dog training, dog boarding, dog walking and care. You release, indemnify, and agree to hold us harmless from any and all manner of damages, claims, loss, liabilities, costs or expenses, causes of actions or suits, whatsoever in law or equity, (including, without limitation, attorney’s fees and related costs) arising out of or related to the services we provide.

I have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this contract. This contract shall hereby warrant that I am an Owner of the Dog, and in the event that there is any other owner(s), that I am authorized to accept this contract as their agent and for the purposes of binding them to the terms and conditions set forth herein. I certify that all of information I have provided is true and correct to the best of my knowledge, and that I will notify Michelle Lauzon and Peter Riemer with updated information prior to the start of any service period.
